Born in Harrisburg Pennsylvania, Ken enjoyed a productive early career as a Personnel Programs Management Specialist with the 28th infantry Division with the Pennsylvania National Guard.

He developed, implemented and evaluated personnel programs of over 16,000 Guardsmen and their families. Ken had served over twenty years prior to his Real Estate licensure in 1990.

Affiliated with the largest independent real estate agency in central Pennsylvania, Ken became a consistent producer. He was instrumental in evaluating and developing buyer representation guidelines. He earned his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and became a member
of the Real Estate Buyer Agency Council (REBAC).

Since his relocation to Key Largo in 1998, Ken has assisted many families with their purchase from investment properties to their dream homes. Ken will like to help you do the same.

On a personal level, as a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Ken follows Big Ten football avidly.  When he can take a break from real estate, he enjoys fishing, snorkeling, cooking and the fabulous Florida Keys weather. He is married to the former Audrey J. McElhatten, has two married step children and is the  grandfather of two beautiful granddaughters.
